This lists the commonly used words in Kannada. I could not categorize them under any parts of speech or any particular topic. Hence chose this title for the post. The usage of the words will be updated at a later stage.
Unless stated specifically e will be pronounced as in elephant and i will be pronounced as in Italy.
Sometimes - yaavaagalaadru or ( ondhu ondhu samaya )
Somedays - yaavaadru or ondhu ondhu dina
Somebody - yaaro obru
Anybody - yaaraadhru
Nobody - yaaru illa
Everybody - ellaroo
Everything - ella
Something - enaadru
Anything / Any - yaavadaadru
Nothing - enoo illa
By that time - ashtu hotthige ( ho as in host )
Everywhere - ella kade
Anywhere - elli yaadru , elliyu
Somewhere - yaava kadenu,ello
nowhere - ellu illa
Always - yaavaaglu
